Sales of Service Conditions Guidelines
Introduction
This purchase is regulated by the Standard Sales Conditions for Consumer Purchases of Goods as Service over the Internet, given below. By “clients purchases” is meant here sales of service to consumers/clients.
Consumer purchases via the Internet are regulated primarily by the Contract Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Cancellation Act and the ECommerce Act, and these laws provide consumers with mandatory rights. The terms of the contract are not to be understood as a limitation on legal rights, but rather as presenting the parties’ most important rights and duties in regard to the purchase.
For cases in which the contract does not give a direct solution to an issue, the contract must be supplemented by relevant legal provisions. The Sales Conditions have been created and are recommended by the Norwegian Consumer Ombuds- man. For a better understanding of these Sales Conditions, see the Consumer Authority guide- lines at : www.forbrukertilsynet.no/english/digitalterms and

In the event of conflict between the information regarding the purchase given by the seller in the ordering section of the online shop, the direct correspondence between the parties and the terms given in the sales conditions, the direct correspondence between the parties and the information given in the ordering section will prevail upon the sales conditions. The sales conditions will however prevail if the information given by the seller or the correspondence contain terms in conflict with binding legislation.
